The Chef in a Truck

Every day, the world’s most talented chefs and their teams work at the highest level of creativity and discipline to serve the best food to a happy few. But what if these chefs got out of their comfort zone and kitchens to meet a new public, in a new country, through a new medium: a food truck?

The first season will focus on the journey of François Perret, the pastry chef of the Ritz Paris – from his palace kitchen to his food truck in the heart of Los Angeles. Throughout this season, Pierre Hermé (best pastry chef in the world 2016), Pierre Gagnaire (best savory chef in the world 2016), Michel Troisgros (best savory chef in the world 2018) and Nikki Nakayama (best chef of Los Angeles, 2 stars Michelin), will comment on the journey of François Perret and give him some valuable advices...
